What I love about it is:

1. He acknowledges Enlightenment as a real thing
2. He does a fantastic job of describing the actual experiences in a way that isn’t highly paradoxical
3. He digs into two different sub-types of experiences – the sudden flash and the slow burn
4. His orientation of the spiritual teacher as a coach
